How it works

1. A venue such as restaurant coffeeshop or bar creates their Cybarservice menu on our website using the menu maker.
This creates a menu designed for mobile phones in WAP format, and an online menu

2. The venue can then send a link to the menu to their customers mobile phones using the Cybarservice 'send to a phone' facility.
Alternatively the venue can advertise the  menu's online address or link to it from their website

3. The customers can then make orders on their mobiles or using the web menu
They also enter their name, address and phone number
This info is stored so for repeat orders all they have to do is tick a box!

4. The orders are received by the venue either online, by fax or mobile phone
The all orders section in the website acts as a record for all past orders recieved

5. A customisable confirmation sms is sent to the customer by the venue from the website
The order can be printed if required

6.The order is fulfilled and payment made in the usual way
The customers details are stored so if they make another order it will be even quicker
