A.   A venue can can create a menu and trial it for free. Continued use of the system is charged  3% of the order received. There are no other hidden costs

Q.   How does a customer know that their order has been received?
A.   When the restaurant receives an order, a customisable sms response can be sent to them to confirm that the order is being fulfilled

A.   First you register and create your menu. You can then send a link to the menu to any mobile phone by entering the number into the 'send to a phone' section of the website. You can also go directly to the web menu by typing it into the browser of a PC or mobile phone.  You will then be able to receive orders and see them appear in the 'receive orders'  section and they will also appear in the 'previous orders' section for future analysis.
